Dr. Robinder Dhillon, M.D.
Dr. Robinder Dhillon, MD has been part of Sierra Rheumatology's team since 2018. He is board-certified in both Internal Medicine and Rheumatology, and has dedicated more than two decades to clinical care and research across five countries and over twenty hospitals.
He graduated from medical school in 2004, completed his residency at Wayne State University, and pursued his Rheumatology Fellowship at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in Bethesda, Maryland — where he focused on clinical outcomes research for rheumatoid arthritis and lupus.
His training and research stints span the NIH, Johns Hopkins, Mayo Clinic, the University of Rochester, Oxford-Radcliffe Hospital (UK), and Christian Medical College (India). In 2012 he received the Young Investigator Award from the American Society of Bone and Mineral Research, and he is first author on original research in the Journal of Bone and Mineral Research, with multiple review articles, book chapters and peer-reviewed publications.
